Fold-up Motorcycle Trailer Kit (without metal base and stand) Includes: 746TE Fold-up
trailer kit and one TS76M motorcycle rail and ramp kit.
The fold-up trailer frame sections are pre-welded for reduced
assembly time and more strength with lighter weight. The connecting
rails are 3/32" 2" W x 3" H steel U-Channel with
black powder coat finish. Trailer kit includes: heavy-duty
leaf spring suspension, axle, hubs, wheels, tires, steel fenders,
safety chain, DOT approved rear and side lighting, wiring,
connectors, hardware, Certificate of Origin, Vehicle Identification
Plate, step-by-step assembly instructions booklet, 1-year
parts replacement warranty.
Trailer bed cross rails and diamond plate metal base are
pre-drilled for 1, 2 or 3 model TS76M motorcycle rails. Motorcycle
rails are maximum 88-1/2" overall length when mounted
in predrilled locations. Pre-drilled outside rail locations
at 27" and 36" from center of left to center of
right rail to easily accomodate various towing situations.
Only basic hand tools are required for assembly. No drilling
or welding is required for this kit combination. (Mounting
of additional eye-bolt hardware may require drilling, depending
on where you need tie-down points.)
