A Kit within the continental U.S.A. by FedEx or UPS. They
come with complete, easy to follow instructions for do-it-yourself
assembly with a few basic hand tools. The kits include a certificate
of origin, and a Vehicle ID Number (VIN) - everything needed
to get it registered with your local department of motor vehicles.
